Research background

Recently, I have experienced visiting the neurosciences lab at the New York University (NYU) Abu Dhabi, where I had observed;

1- ongoing research on the Circadian Rhythm and its link with Alzheimer's 

2- craniotomy on rodents with dementia

3- fixation of brain tissue in ethanol and sucrose followed by microscopy

4- observed research scholars' research projects

I am planning to visit the lab soon for the prospect of doing my own research work related to Alzheimer's disease.

During the summer of 2025, I will be visiting Stanford University's Stem cell lab focusing on neurodegenerative diseases, which will further enhance my knowledge and research skills.
